To dispute charges on a Harland statement, do the following:
- Direct questions about the validity of a charge on the Harland statement to _SupportU for research.
- Approve the invoice for full payment as to not hold up payment to Harland.
- SupportU reviews the disputed item, and if needed, requests research from Harland.
- If Harland decides to refund the charge, they must post a credit to the statement.
