Status of Referrals Submitted

To check on the status of referrals you have submitted previously, do the following:

  1. In Xperience > Products > Synapsys CRM > Desktop. 
  2. Click Active Service Events. 
  3. Click Events.
    • A list of referrals submitted by you displays.
