Interest Paid on US Savings Bonds

When a client requests the amount of interest paid on his/her US Savings bonds, look up the information to provide the client.

  1. In Xperience, click SilverLake Menu > Go to Vertex.
  2. Select a branch.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click CCB TELLER PROCESSING MENU.
  5. Click Inquiry.
    1. Search by date and SSN to get the 1099 Int.
    2. Click OK.
