Did you know you can view the consecutive days overdrawn on an account? This information helps determine when a client’s account will charge off or if they are eligible for Fresh Start. Do the following:
- Click the Exceptions Historical tab.
- Scroll down towards the end.
- Under Overdraft Days, examine Consecutive Days Overdrawn.
