Calls from the 3rd-party company Rate Watch, requesting our rates on deposit and loan products, are time-consuming and cause delays for our clients.
When you receive a phone call from Rate Watch, do the following:
- Direct them to email Stehlik.Michael@ccbg.com. Do not give out this phone number or connect them to that line.
- Rate Watch receives an emailed response with the requested rates.
