The Capital City Bank Associate Manual is provided to associates by the Human Resources department and defines all policies regarding employment, compensation, benefits, programs, and services. Additionally, it outlines information for the entire life cycle of employment from hiring and onboarding to separation or retirement. The manual is updated periodically with additional or changed information that will be helpful to you throughout your employment.
In order to download the Associate Manual, do the following:
- To open Star Access, click the Time Management (Star Access) desktop icon.
- Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
- In the Human Resources News panel, click Associate Manual.
- This downloads and opens a PDF of the manual. It also adds it to your desktop Downloads folder.
