Occasionally network drives are unmapped due to connectivity problems. This can happen whether you are in the office or working through VPN. To remap the J: Operations drive, do the following:

1. Open a Windows explorer window.
2. From the Map network drive drop-down menu select Map network drive.
   
3. From the Drive drop-down menu, select J:. 
4. In the Folder text field, enter \\ccbg\var\operations.
   • Note: To remap your H: personal drive, follow the steps above, choosing H: from the drop-down menu and typing \\ccbg\personal\your username
5. Click Reconnect at sign-in. 
6. Click Finish.
