Install Xperience 5370Production
The Xperience install process is tied to users and not the computer, therefore Xperience may need to be installed anytime an associate logs onto a new computer. In addition, it is possible that a new associate may need to deploy Xperience before attempting access for the first time.
To launch a new instance of Xperience, do the following:
- Right-click the XCA icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select Manage Instances.
- In the Username field, enter your 5370c-{name id}@jhahosting.com (for example: 5370c-jwilliam@jhahosting.com, 5370C-JDOE@JHAHOSTING.COM).
- In the Password field, enter you JHAhosting Password Credentials.
- Use the Server drop-down menu to choose xph.jhahosted.com
- Click Log In.
- Note: If the server parameter is not populated, the XCA is not installed correctly. Contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400.
- Click Deploy.
- On the Select an instance to deploy screen, choose 5370Production.
- Click Deploy.
- If you receive the following message, click Yes.
- When the Success screen displays, click OK.
- Xperience launches.
- Note: It may take a few minutes to download all packages the first time being launched. Subsequent launches are faster.
