Xperience Install and Password Troubleshooting Instructions

Launch Xperience and Troubleshoot Password Issues (Forgot, Locked, Blocked)

Install Xperience 5370Production

The Xperience install process is tied to users and not the computer, therefore Xperience may need to be installed anytime an associate logs onto a new computer. In addition, it is possible that a new associate may need to deploy Xperience before attempting access for the first time.

To launch a new instance of Xperience, do the following:

  1. Right-click the XCA icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Manage Instances.

  3. In the Username field, enter your 5370c-{name id}@jhahosting.com (for example: 5370c-jwilliam@jhahosting.com, 5370C-JDOE@JHAHOSTING.COM).
  4. In the Password field, enter you JHAhosting Password Credentials.
  5. Use the Server drop-down menu to choose xph.jhahosted.com
  6. Click Log In.
    • Note: If the server parameter is not populated, the XCA is not installed correctly. Contact the Help Desk at ext. 397400.
  7. Click Deploy.

  8. On the Select an instance to deploy screen, choose 5370Production.
  9. Click Deploy
  10. If you receive the following message, click Yes.

  11. When the Success screen displays, click OK.

  12. Xperience launches.
    • Note: It may take a few minutes to download all packages the first time being launched.  Subsequent launches are faster.
