Managing performance efficiently and fairly requires consistent follow-up. To help you with this process, Expert Supervisor allows you to create new and review your existing reminders.
Note: Reminders are maintained in the system and do not generate emails, although the form requests an email address.
To set up a new reminder, do the following:
- Log in to Expert Supervisor.
- From the top menu, select Reminders.
- To open the form, select Add a New Reminder. The system auto-generates Reminder Date and Time, as well as Destination Email. Note: You will not receive an email with a reminder.
- In the Subject field, enter a reminder subject.
- In the Message field, enter a message. For example: Discussion points and the timeline for action and/or follow-up.
- Click Save. The Reminders page displays, and your reminders show as a list.
