FAQs

How can you reflect the Loan-to-Value in the CPP Pricing Model?

You can manually edit the loan fees and servicing costs while pricing or you can alter the credit score (for example: if they are a 3, you can make them a 1).

This type of information must be added to the Notes field on the left navigation panel. Notes show up in the Loan Detail report.
