Did you know you can view the consecutive days overdrawn on an account? This information helps determine when a client’s account will charge off or if they are eligible for Fresh Start. Do the following:

1. Click the Exceptions Historical tab.
2. Scroll down towards the end.
3. Under Overdraft Days, examine Consecutive Days Overdrawn.
