Overview
Capital City Bank (CCB) partners with Amsive to identify new consumer prospect households across the bank's footprint that are likely to respond to direct marketing campaigns for opening new consumer deposit accounts.
Postcard mailings and digital ads for prospective clients offer bonuses for opening a new personal checking account at CCB and meeting the bonus qualifications. See the Mailer and Digital Ad Examples and $25 Courtesy Offer tabs for further qualifications.
Postcard mailings instruct prospective clients to bring the special offer to a retail office to open their new account. Prospective clients can also use the code on the postcard to receive the bonus offer when they open an account online.

FAQs
Is the prospect restricted to opening the account type displayed on the postcard they receive?
No. Use the Qualifying Questions card to determine the best personal checking account type for the client.
If a prospect has received a postcard, can we bypass ChexSystems?
No. Perform the normal account opening process including processing the prospect's information through ChexSystems.
Why do we need to place Marketing Code - CA on each account opened as a result of the account acquisition program?
The marketing code - CA is essential because it is used to help fulfill the bonus offer for the client and is used to track effectiveness of the campaign.
What do we do with the postcards that are redeemed?
Shred redeemed postcards with your daily shred items.
How do we credit the clients with the special bonus offer listed on their postcards?
Office associates will not need to credit the special bonus. Office associates will communicate to the client, at account opening, that their eligible bonus will be credited to their new account at the time stated on the offer as long as all qualifications are met.
Capital City Bank will receive a monthly list of households that have accepted our offer. Deposit Services will match our account openings that included the Marketing Code - CA to the list provided and clients will receive the eligible Bonus offer via credit to their account.
What do we do if a client or prospect makes a request to opt-out of receiving the account acquisition postcards?
Inform the client that we use a third-party vendor for the mailings, but we will pass along their request to opt-out of receiving the offers.
Obtain the name and address printed on the postcard and email it to gilbert.traci@ccbg.com making the request to remove the prospect from the account acquisition mailings.
