Capital City Bank (CCB) offers check on a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) accounts. There is no cost to order HELOC checks. 

Note: HELOC checks are ordered in a quantity of 25.

To order HELOC checks for a client, do the following:

1. Xperience > Products > Synapsys CRM > Desktop. The Home/Suite Manager screen displays.
2. In the Client Search field, enter the client name. Note: Change the search type from the drop-down menu to the appropriate field. 
3. Click Search. The client's 10 Second View screen displays.
4. Click New Event/Activity > Create New Event for client name > Service Session.
5. Click Search. The Add New Service Event window appears.
6. Choose Loan Maintenance > All Other Requests.
7. Click OK.
8. In the Summary field enter Order HELOC Checks.
9. In the Account Number field, use the drop-down menu to choose the HELOC Account.
10. In the Service Event generated by: field, enter your name. 
11. Enter Addition Comments as needed.
12. Click Save > Save and Submit Session.
