Capital City Bank has negotiated a flat rate for Evaluations with TrueValuation USA which will aid in low costs as well as shorter turn times (Job Managers can complete a direct award via RIMS – no bidding).

Full interior inspections are required so that the Evaluation will include photographs of all rooms; identify any observed deferred maintenance as well as an exterior inspection. Turn times assume access is provided within 72 hours of engagement.
