Assessments for Retail Positions

Notify the Hiring Coordinator to schedule assessments once the Round 2 interviews are complete. Note: Applicants without a completed and satisfactory credit screening are not eligible to schedule assessments.

Assessments are required for the top applicants (up to 2) for the following positions:

Job-Fit Assessment

  • Teller
  • Personal Banker
  • Universal Associate
  • Client Service Center
  • Business Banker
  • Investment Executive
  • Other positions, as directed by the HRC

Leadership Assessment

  • Lead Teller 
  • Client Experience Manager 
  • Regional Experience Manager 
  • Other positions, as directed by the HRC

You may request up to 2 assessments per opening. When the assessments are complete, the Hiring Coordinator will send you and the Human Resources Consultant (HRC) the results to review.  You will use the results to determine the candidate with the best job fit for the position, or to prepare a list of follow-up interview questions. 

To request an assessment, do the following:

  1. Login to  StarAccess/UltiPro.
  2. Click the Administration tab in the sidebar menu.
  3. Under Recruiting, click Recruiting Gateway.
  4. From the Opportunities menu, click Published.
  5. In the Applicants column, click the number of applicants.
  6. Click on the Applicant Name to access the candidate application.
    • Note:  Internal applicants have a green bar before their names. All applicants must complete the information under the Presence tab and attach a resume to be considered for employment.
  7. Internal candidates applying for a leadership role and external candidates must complete an assessment. To request an assessment, do the following:
    1. Click More Actions and choose Forward Applicant Details.
    2. For Recipients, search for and add the Human Resources Consultant (HRC) and Hiring Coordinator.
    3. For Template, select Manager Requests An Assessment. 
      • The subject and body of the message auto-populate.
    4. Click Send.
