
Check Status on the Account
You can check the status of a money orders or cashier's checks issued prior today by searching for them in the account's Positive Pay tab.
To see the check's status, do the following:
- In Xperience > Customer and Account Inquiry search for the account that corresponds to the check type being researched.
- Click Related Functions > ARP/Positive Pay. (Note: You can also click Positive Pay in the banner message panel.)
- In the ARP/Positive Pay tab, click Addl Functions.
- Ensure APR/Positive Pay is highlighted and click Select.
- In the From and To fields enter the check number (or a range to check the status on several checks).
- Click OK.
- Under the Status column one of the following check statuses will be displayed:
- Stop Pay
- Issued (not cashed but outstanding)
- Cleared (check has been cashed),
- Dormant/Stale (old check)
- To see more details on the check, do the following:
- Click the check row to highlight it.
- Click Display.
- Click the check row to highlight it.
Same Day Checks in the Online Register
For checks printed Same Day, you can check the Online Register for some limited information such as:
- Check Number
- Check Amount
- Payee
- Purchaser
- Amount
- Status - Issued, Voided, or Reprinted only
To locate a check printed today, do the following:
- Go to Xperience > Teller Menus > CCB Supervisor Menu > Online Register.
- Click Search.
- In the Search window, enter the check number in the From and To fields.
- Click OK.
- Click Details to see the check information.
