Omnia Assessments for Retail Positions


Omnia assessments are used to determine a candidates' fit for certain retail positions, to determine job compatibility by gauging the similarity or dissimilarity of a candidate to the duties, and personality patterns required to be successful in the role, with the team, and within the Bank's culture. You will request Omnia assessments for top candidates when hiring for Teller, Personal Banker, and Universal Associate positions.  


Omnia results accurately measure personality and behaviors in 4 key groups:

  • Assertiveness: The need to make things happen.
  • Communication Style: The need to work with people versus the need for proof.
  • Pace: The speed at which a person operates.
  • Structure: The degree of dependence on rules .
