While the holiday schedule varies from year to year, Capital City Bank observes the following holidays:

- President's Day - February
- Memorial Day - May
- Juneteenth/Emancipation Day - June
- Independence Day - July
- Labor Day - September
- Columbus Day - October
- Veterans Day - November
- Thanksgiving Day - November
- Christmas Day - December
The holiday schedule is subject to adjustment to meet the needs of the Bank and of our clients.
Weekend Exceptions
If a scheduled holiday falls on a Saturday, all offices open as usual on the day before (Friday). Retail offices close to observe the holiday.
When a scheduled holiday falls on a Sunday, all offices close on the day following (Monday) in observance.
Holiday Pay
Should you be required to work on the actual day (not observed day) of a holiday, you will be paid an overtime rate of 1.5x your hourly rate for the actual hours worked.
Special Note: Thanksgiving Holiday
On the day after Thanksgiving (Friday):
- Offices on Eastern Standard Time close at 4:00 p.m. EST
- Offices on Central Time close at 3:00 p.m. CT
Special Note: Christmas Holiday
When Christmas Eve falls on a weekday, offices close at 2:00 p.m.
