How To eSign Your Extensions

Step 1

  • Open the Extension Agreement
  • Complete the fields with the correct information.
  • Once fields are completed and BEFORE client signs do the following:    
    • File- Print (Ctrl + P)
    • Select IMM Virtual Printer from the Printer Drop Down Menu
    • Select Print (bottom right hand of pop up window) 
    • You may close the form or save to file. You are done with creating the form and it is sent to eSign, awaiting signatures.


Step 2 

  • When the client is ready to sign, right click on the IMM icon in lower right hand corner of the screen.
  • Select show documents.
  • Click on the Extension Agreement from the Documents List
  • Click Continue
  • Select Process Documents.
  • Have the client sign the document.


Step 3 

  • Credit LIP to offset client check/debit for interest and fees
  • In Synergy > Pending Loans, attach copy of LIP Ticket with breakout of interest, extension fee, etc. under Disbursement Documentation, using the Loan # only
  • Transfer to Loan Servicing.


** If you do not see the IMM icon. choose Start/All Programs/iMM/TotaleSign/Client/ClientApplication
