A Cost Breakdown provides details regarding the cost estimate of constructing a building or structure.

This document should be obtained from the borrower and is required when the loan is for: 

• Business purpose
• Construction
• Remodeling an existing structure
• Land development AND
• The borrower is the contractor/builder

The Cost Breakdown should be uploaded to Abrigo.
