Appraisal Review Conclusion of Value Review

An Appraisal Review Conclusion of Value Review is required by Credit Administration and certifies the lender has reviewed the appraisal. 

The Conclusion of Value Support is required when the loan is:

  • Secured by real estate AND 

Appraisal Review required when either of the following is obtained:

  • Drive-By Appraisal
  • Full Appraisal

Conclusion of Value Support required when collateral is vacant land or a commercial structure:

  • Tax Assessment
  • Brokers Price Opinion
  • Purchase Contract

 

Loans > $250,000 < $500,000

The Appraisal Review form is located within Real Estate Information Management Systems (RIMS). 

Appraisal Review forms may also be found in the Forms and Document Library > Credit Administration > Appraisal Guidance: 

  • Review Checklist--Residential Appr. 
  • Review Checklist-- Commercial Appr. 
  • Review Checklist--Evaluations 

Loans > $500,000

The Appraisal Review form will be completed by Credit Administration. Lenders will receive notification via email.

Once completed, the Appraisal Review Conclusion of Value Review document is uploaded to Synergy (consumer purpose) or Abrigo (business purpose).
