The Decision Report from Decision Pro (DPro) and the Credit Memo (Abrigo) are required by examiners and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) for ALL loans. The decision report and credit memo provide documentation indicating who the approving loan officer is and ensures loans are made within proper lending authority limits.

Decision Report

After entering the application information in DPro, the Decision Report prints when you print the application. Upload the decision report to Synergy.

Credit Memo 

After entering the appropriate information in Abrigo, the Credit Memo may be printed. The credit memo remains in the Abrigo system.
