If you are experiencing problematic behaviors from a member of your team, see Expert Supervisor for a topic consultation to determine the appropriate course of action.
To complete a performance consultation, do the following:
- Log in to Expert Supervisor.
- From the top menu, select Problem List.
- Locate the category of performance that needs improvement. Click the category name to see the specific behaviors it includes.
- Click the specific behavior for the situation.
- Select Start Consultation to display the Consultation page.
- Click Continue to begin.
- Answer each question. If your response prompts a suggested action, a new page opens with additional information. Otherwise, the next question opens.
- When you have answered all the consultation questions, the suggested action page opens. This page includes details about the suggested action and a summary of the questions and your answers.
- If the suggested action is to take formal disciplinary action, such as a performance development memo, contact your Human Resources Consultant (HRC) for guidance.
- If you have any questions, contact your HRC.
