Completing Performance Consultations

If you are experiencing problematic behaviors from a member of your team, see Expert Supervisor for a topic consultation to determine the appropriate course of action. 

To complete a performance consultation, do the following:

  1. Log in to Expert Supervisor.
  2. From the top menu, select Problem List.
  3. Locate the category of performance that needs improvement. Click the category name to see the specific behaviors it includes.
  4. Click the specific behavior for the situation. 
  5. Select Start Consultation to display the Consultation page. 
  6. Click Continue to begin. 
  7. Answer each question. If your response prompts a suggested action, a new page opens with additional information. Otherwise, the next question opens. 
  8. When you have answered all the consultation questions, the suggested action page opens. This page includes details about the suggested action and a summary of the questions and your answers. 
  9. If the suggested action is to take formal disciplinary action, such as a performance development memo, contact your Human Resources Consultant (HRC) for guidance. 
  10. If you have any questions, contact your HRC.
