Capital City Bank (CCB) is partnered with Elan Financial Services in order to offer our clients consumer and business credit cards with competitive rates and rewards. In an effort to utilize this partnership and drive sales, each office is assigned credit card sales goals each quarter.   

The Elan reports allow offices to view reports that identify sales efforts and view card statuses that are sold, pending, and declined. Best practice: Use these reports for coaching and performance development.

You can watch a short training video on how to access these report in the Instructional Video tab, or you can follow the procedures below.

To access these reports: 

1. Log in to the Elan Credit Card Services portal. 
2. Click on the Reports tab. 
3. From the drop-down menu, choose Portfolio Reporting.
4. Choose report category Sales.
5. Choose the Report Type from the options listed in the accordions below:

   • Application Status

     This report shows the status of current card efforts as either pending, sold, or declined (if any) on separate pages through out the report.  
     

     Delete

   • Application Processing Report

     This report allows associates to see monthly and year-to-date sales efforts for business and consumer cards. The report is sectioned by Approved and Declined cards. It also details Client Name, Inputting Associate Information, and whether the client applied with the associate or by using the self apply option. 
     
     

     Delete
6. Click Next, as the location option doesn't change.
7. Select the most recent date. 
8. Click the link to the hyperlink to the far left side of the page to review the reports.
