This daily report shows all Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts that have matured, but the client hasn't redeemed the funds nor is the CD set to automatically renew. Office associates are expected to contact these clients to have them renew or redeem the CD.
Access report in Synergy > Find Reports > Application: CD > Report: CD1270 Mat/Not Rd > Date: prior business day > Search
If there are CDs on the report determine if it belongs to your office. Contact the client for further action.
