Quarterly review of office records are performed by the Internal Control Specialists (ICS) team. Various categories of documentation are reviewed and scored based on accuracy and completeness. Total scores correlate to a letter grade that identifies the level of success in the Office Record Review (ORR).
The monthly ORR report details the scoring, letter grade and historical data for each office and region.
