Editing Duration Timesheets (Exempt Associates)

Exempt associates can add and remove non-work hours prior to submitting their timesheets for manager approval. To add or remove non-work hours, do the following:

Add Time Code and Punch Hours

  1. On the StarAccess home page, click Menu > Myself tab > Time. The manager Time dashboard displays.
  2. Click Time > Team
  3. From the Timesheets drop-down menu, select a team to view. 
  4. From the Timesheet Configuration Group drop-down menu, select a group to view.
  5. Click the associate name to open his/her timesheet.
  6. On the date row that needs editing, click . A dated punch window opens.
  7. Click + and select Add Time Code
  8. From the drop-down menu choose a Time Code type. 
  9. Enter the number of hours in the Entry field.
  10. Select the location.
  11. Press Enter.
  12. Click Save.
