Exempt associates can add and remove non-work hours prior to submitting their timesheets for manager approval. To add or remove non-work hours, do the following:
Add Time Code and Punch Hours
- On the StarAccess home page, click Menu > Myself tab > Time. The manager Time dashboard displays.
- Click Time > Team.
- From the Timesheets drop-down menu, select a team to view.
- From the Timesheet Configuration Group drop-down menu, select a group to view.
- Click the associate name to open his/her timesheet.
- On the date row that needs editing, click
. A dated punch window opens.
- Click + and select Add Time Code.
- From the drop-down menu choose a Time Code type.
- Enter the number of hours in the Entry field.
- Select the location.
- Press Enter.
- Click Save.
