The Network Operations department’s primary goal is to ensure maximum system uptime so associates can better serve the Bank’s external clients.

They handle all computer-related services such as equipment needs, troubleshooting, and similar issues. They also manage all network-connected equipment in the Bank’s environment, including phones, desktops, laptops, peripherals, network and virtual private network (VPN) access, servers, and infrastructure. This is in addition to functioning as the first line of support for both computer- and software-related issues as well as password resets.

Network Operations assists the Bank’s internal clients through the aid of our Help Desk team with computer and software-related issues, change requests, equipment requests, assistance with relocation efforts, after-hours support, and everything in between, from login to logoff.

Dedicated to providing uninterrupted service 24/7, Network Operations makes every effort to prevent unnecessary downtime and often performs patching, updates, and infrastructure upgrades when everyone else is sleeping.

They are here to assist with any and all associates’ computer needs. All questions are important to Network Operations, and they always welcome feedback to help them continue to elevate their services so associates can do the same for their clients.
