eVision Check Research

Overview

eVision stores check and deposit images for accounts. Associates with eVision access can research images of checks written from and deposited into an account. 

System Job Access form is required for associates to receive a user name and password for access to eVision.

Note: If not accessed by an associate once every 30 days, access will be terminated and access must be requested again.

Item Lookup

To access eVision for check research, do the following:

  1. Click the eVision desktop icon.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
    • Note: Be sure to access eVision at least once a month to ensure continued access.
    • For issues with your username or password, contact the Help Desk at Ext. 397400.
  3. Enter Bank02 in the Group name field. 
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Query to start your search.
  6. To find a check the client wrote, enter the following:
    • Serial # (check number)
    • Account #
    • Amount of check
  7. To find a deposited check, enter the following:
    • Account #
    • Amount of check
    • Date
  8. To locate all cash in/cash out items for a specific teller, enter the following:
    • Enter the Teller Number in the Account field.
    • Date 
  9. To locate images for a date range, do the following:
    • In the Date field, change the = to > and key in the beginning date XX/XX/XX.
    • Click the to add an additional date field.
    • In the second date field, change + to < and key in the ending date XX/XX/XX. 
  10. Click Sort Results to search multiple results and sort them.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Double click the item to view.
  13. Click Txn to view the complete transaction including checks/cash in tickets run with deposit.
  14. Click Print on the toolbar to print the item showing.
  15. Choose printing parameters and click Submit To Printer.
