Capital City Bank managers and some other identified associates need ready and immediate access to their corporate e-mail, in and out of the office using either a Bank-provided or personal cellphone.

Only a manager may request e-mail access for associates on their team. 

To request corporate email access on a personal device, email Corporate Security this information:

• Associate name
• Cell phone number
• Make and model of the cell phone
• Cell carrier

Once approved, the associate receives a new helpdesk ticket and instructions from Network Operations for setting up the Mobile Iron email application on the phone.
