Closing instructions are provided to the title company when the mortgage title policy is to be issued and to an attorney when legal services are being provided.
The Closing Instructions are required when:
- The loan is secured by real estate
- Title Commitment has been issued
- Legal services have been provided
The original document should be provided to the Closing Agent. Once completed, the Closing Instructions document is uploaded to Synergy (consumer purpose) or Abrigo (business purpose).
