The Disbursement Request and Authorization is an authorization from the borrower on how the loan proceeds are to be disbursed and how to proceed with or without credit life acceptance.
Documentation is included with the loan package provided by Loan Doc Prep.
Once completed, the Disbursement Request and Authorization document is uploaded to Synergy (consumer purpose) or Abrigo (business purpose). If all documents are wet signed, send to loan servicing in the designated bag.
