The Statements of Anti-Coercion is required by the State of Florida and is an acknowledgement by the borrower that indicates that the bank did not require the borrower to use a specific insurance company/agent.

This document is included with the loan package provided by Loan Doc Prep and is required when the: 

• Loan is to a borrower in the state of Florida
• Collateral is located in the state of Florida
  • Secured by real estate with a structure
  • Secured by a 1-4 family dwelling with or without land

If loan documents have been signed through IMM Esign or Esign-Web, document will be automatically transferred to the loan file. If all documents are wet signed, send to loan servicing in the designated bag.
