A Name Affidavit of Non-Identity must be completed when the borrower is not the same person stated in any filed judgment(s) against them. 

This document is required when:

• The loan is secured by real estate
• Judgments appear in the name of our borrower, but
• Judgments are not against our borrower

Once completed, the Name Affidavit of Non-Identity document is uploaded to Synergy (consumer purpose) or Abrigo (business purpose). If all documents are “wet signed”, send to loan servicing in the designated bag.
