This monthly report displays the total transactions in each region and office per month. The report lists totals by month, day, and year-to-date totals, as well as gives total number of Full Time Associates (FTE) with transaction averages per FTE. 

Scroll through the report to view various items detailing teller transactions. There are many different sections detailing various breakdowns of the teller transaction data. Among them are the following:

• Teller Transaction by Weekday and Saturday
• Lobby Drive Thru Tran Summary
• Lobby Drive Thru Trans Detail: shows the breakdown of transactions by lobby/drive thru, day, and time
• Transaction Detail by Teller

Tip: This report is helpful when determining staffing needs such as scheduling lunches or time off.
