Capital City Bank (CCB) credit cards are issued to clients and non-clients. The card is issued by Elan Financial Services. On occasion convenience checks are mailed to the card holders. The convenience check is now used to draw on the card holder's Elan Financial Services credit card account (for example: Visa/MasterCard). All convenience checks should be treated as a not on-us check. See Check Cashing Transactions for procedures.
