To generate a list of upcoming client birthdays for our office, do the following:
- In Xperience > Products > Synapsys CRM > Desktop. The Home/Suite Manager screen displays.
- Click Reports.
- Click + Office > Birthday Month.
- In the Search field, enter your office name.
- Use the Birth Month drop-down menu to choose a birth month.
- Click View Report.
