If you receive information in a password protected PDF and you want to save the document without a password, do the following:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Press Ctrl + O.
- Select Protected Document.
- Enter the Password provided by the sender of the document.
- Right click on your mouse and select Print.
- Click Change.
- Select Save as PDF.
- Click Save.
- Select the location to save the unprotected file.
- Save the document.
