Placing Clients on Hold

During a session, situations occasionally occur when you may need to place a client on hold for a short period of time to address the client’s needs.

To place a client on hold, do the following: 

  1. Ask the client for permission to place them on hold.
  2. Click HOLD
    • Note: The banker can still see and hear the client, but the client cannot see or hear the banker.
  3. To resume the session, click UNHOLD.
  4. Thank the client for holding.
