To verify the PIN pad connection, follow these steps:
- Sign into Entrust using network credentials.
- Select Operations on the left side menu bar.
- Select Local Devices Status.
- Select Test PIN Capture.
- The Test PIN Capture button turns grey and the PIN pad prompts you to enter a PIN number.
- On the PIN pad, enter 1111, and press the green button.
- If the PIN capture succeeds, the screen states Capture Result Successful.
- If your PIN capture is unsuccessful or you continue to experience issues, email _InstantIssue for further assistance.
Note: If Entrust cannot detect a PIN pad, the screen displays a virtual PIN pad. Do not use the virtual PIN pad for security purposes.
