A safe deposit box key deposits of $25 is required on all new box rentals. Payment for the first year’s rent and key deposit are collected when a new box is rented.
To locate the original safe deposit box key amount charged on an account, do the following:
- In Xperience > SilverLake > Safe Deposit Box Menu > Safe Deposit Box Inquiry
- Enter the client name, CIF or account number.
- Select the safe deposit box account from the Misc. Accounts listed.
- Review the Box Information tab under Miscellaneous to view the original key deposit amount.
