The Client Identification Program (CIP) policy requires the bank to obtain consumer information to verify the identity of all individual owners, joint owners and other authorized individuals prior to opening or revising a safe deposit box contract. All individual owners, joint owners and authorized individuals must meet the age of majority requirements for the state where the box is opened.
