FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why does my J:/H:/S: drive show as offline?

Personal folders and department folders may show as offline after you connect to VPN. Simply clicking on the drive will reconnect it.

Can I print to my CCB printer?

Yes, however you may want to select Microsoft Print to PDF to save the file to a PDF that you can print when you are in the office.

Why does the VPN feel slow?

A VPN adds overhead to the overall work the network is doing that naturally makes it feel slower than working at the office. If you need to move and download large files, do this before you leave the office.
