Removing a Centrix Dispute

If the client decides to remove/drop/cancel a Centrix dispute, do the following:

  1. Click the Centrix Dispute icon located on your desktop. 
  2. Enter a client account number, client name, or Tax ID.
  3. Locate the Dispute ID number.
  4. Send an email to _Transactional Risk & Fraud Prevention.
    • Subject line: Centrix Dispute (Dispute ID number)
  5. Explain the circumstances surrounding the dispute and why the client wants to drop it.
