The Bank will provide nametag to all associates free of charge upon hire or transfer to a different bank division.
The expense ($15) for additional nametags or replacement for a lost nametag must be covered by the associate. If an associate needs a replacement for a damaged nametag, they must send the defective nametag (once the new one has been received) to Bethany Robinson in Human Resources or e-mail her an image of the damaged nametag.
To order an associate name tag, do the following:
- Complete the Name Tag Order Form and Authorization Agreement for Paycheck Reduction.
- Email the form to Bethany Robinson.
