Offices without Card Maintenance Capability

Offices without an associate with card maintenance capability can request card maintenance by doing the following:

  1. Send an e-mail to _Deposit Svc – Input including:
    • Subject line:
      HOT CARD if changing status from ACTIVE to HOT
    • Body of the e-mail:
      Client name
      Card number
  2.  _Deposit Svc – Input responds when the card has been placed in a HOT status.
