Offices without an associate with card maintenance capability can request card maintenance by doing the following:
- Send an e-mail to _Deposit Svc – Input including:
- Subject line:
HOT CARD if changing status from ACTIVE to HOT - Body of the e-mail:
Client name
Card number
- Subject line:
- _Deposit Svc – Input responds when the card has been placed in a HOT status.
