To submit a service event for a client, do the following:
- Xperience > Products > Synapsys CRM > Desktop. The Home/Suite Manager screen displays.
- In the Client Search field, enter the client or business name. Note: Change the search type from the drop-down menu to the appropriate field.
- Click Search. The client's 10 Second View screen displays.
- Click New Event/Activity > Create New Event for client name > Service Session.
- Click Search. The Add New Service Event window appears.
- Choose the appropriate category.
- Select the Service Event category based on the type of maintenance requested by the client.
- Click + beside the category for the list of all service events in that category.
- Click OK.
- Complete all required fields (*) necessary for the requested maintenance.
- Click Save.
