Service Events

To submit a service event for a client, do the following:

  1. Xperience > Products > Synapsys CRM > Desktop. The Home/Suite Manager screen displays. 
  2. In the Client Search field, enter the client or business name. Note: Change the search type from the drop-down menu to the appropriate field. 
  3. Click Search. The client's 10 Second View screen displays.
  4. Click New Event/Activity > Create New Event for client name > Service Session.
  5. Click Search. The Add New Service Event window appears.
  6. Choose the appropriate category.
  7.  Select the Service Event category based on the type of maintenance requested by the client.  
  8. Click + beside the category for the list of all service events in that category.
  9. Click OK
  10. Complete all required fields (*) necessary for the requested maintenance.
  11. Click Save.
