Definition


Below is a list of status definitions used in Synapsys.

Term Definition
Active

New referral, cross-solve, or sales opportunity identified. Initial outreach has been made to begin the process of adding products and services for new or existing clients.

Closed

No further referral, cross-cross solve, sales opportunity, or follow-up needed with no new business at this time. Set a 6-month followup tickler to review the client profile again.

Declined By Client

After the proposal of a Capital City Bank product or service, the client declines to add the recommended product or service.

Not Interested

The client has no interest or perceived need for the product or service discussed.

Client not Qualified

The client did not meet bank requirements to make the sale.

Sold

New products or services opened as a result of sales efforts.
