Managers are responsible for acknowledging the StarU Training Assessment results from Teller and Personal Banker Training. This approval must take place in order for associates to access and complete their Post-Training coursework. Follow the steps below to complete. 

1. Login to StarU Online.
2. Click the menu icon .
3. Select Performance 
4. Select Observation Checklist 
5. Select the checklist you're signing off on for the appropriate associate
6. Click Observation Notes to check for any feedback from the StarU trainer about your associates training experience
7. After you've reviewed the notes, click Back and review the rating for each competency  
8. Once you've reviewed the entire assessment, Click Submit For Approval

To view your associate's Final Test score, and see the test details, do the following:

1. Login to StarU Online.
2. Click My Transcripts.
   
3. On the right, click View Team.
4. A list of your associates' names appears in a new window on the left side of the screen.
5. To open a list of all training content for an individual, select the name of the associate whose results you wish to see. 
6. Use the Filter by Training Status drop-down menu, to filter the list of courses. 
   
   1. Completed - Use this filter if you have already signed-off on the Training Assessment.
   2. Active - Use this filter if you are viewing the test results before signing-off on the Training Assessment.
7. In the list of courses, locate the row for the appropriate school. 
8. Click the down arrow in the red box. Depending on the status of the course the box could read Open Curriculum or View Curricula.
   
9. In the drop-down menu, click View Training Details.
   
10. Locate the School Final in the new list, click on the Details icon to the far right.
    
11. On the Training Details page, the Final Score is displayed. To see which questions were incorrect, click Review.
