CPP Relationship Grouping – Missing Profit Locator

When an individual is combined with their business entities in a Relationship Summary, the individual still shows in the Search field, but will not have any account/profitability information displayed.  

To update the profitability measurements for consumer accounts only in a group, the Relationship Manager must go to the Group that was built for the client and do the following:

  • Toggle off each business account.
    • Leave only consumer accounts on.
  • Review and print/save a relationship summary for the client relationship.
  • When complete, toggle on each business account that was turned off.
